Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide dynamic leadership to the integrated design team
∎ Lead, manage and perform overall design process and design team
∎ Designing and documenting residential, commercial and industrial building projects, leading and developing projects from early concept through design development
∎ Managing the Plan Approval and Statutory Compliance process as well as to modify existing plans and elevations to fit client and sales needs
∎ Manage and administer external consultants and also distribute works to integrated design team and engineers
∎ Supervise and check all the detail working drawings and send it to the site for construction
∎ Manage overall supervision of the construction of various Architectural and Interior Design Projects and report to Head of the Department
∎ Clear understanding of Design requirement of a client, define project scope and set goals and targets as well as to ensure team efficiency and assure quality of product and service
∎ Liaise with the Client and the Engineer all aspects of Project Controls and parameters
∎ Coordinate with Structural and MEP consultant / Vendor, also cross-functional collaboration
∎ Identify the key features, designing risk and opportunities of the project and integrate it in to design
∎ Manage and perform an integrated design team including program scheduling, project analysis
∎ Preparation of concept design, schematic design, detailed design and development.
∎ Preparation of presentation drawings for client with 3d views and animation in Sketchup and Lumion·
∎ Must be proficient in hand-sketch, 2D and 3D drawings and modellings·
∎ Time management is a must and committed to Deadlines· Preparation of Architectural Design and Drawings and synchronize drawings with inputs of Structural and MEP consultant/Vendor
∎ Preparation and update the modifications of Architectural Drawings
∎ Preparation of Architectural / ID Working Drawings and Details send it to the site for construction.
∎ Distribute and perform overall supervision of the construction of various Architectural and Interior Design Projects as well as Landscape Design and Drawings.
