Responsibilities & Context:
Lathe Machine Operator Responsibilities
Engineering drawing/blueprint অনুযায়ী কাজ করা।
Lathe machine সেটআপ ও অপারেট করা।
বিভিন্ন ধরনের shaft, bush, sleeve, thread, flange ইত্যাদি machining করা।
Cutting tools নির্বাচন, সেটিং ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা।
Vernier caliper, micrometer ও অন্যান্য measuring instruments ব্যবহার করে dimension পরীক্ষা করা।
নির্ধারিত tolerance ও quality standard বজায় রাখা।
Machine cleaning ও দৈনিক maintenance করা।
Production report ও job record সংরক্ষণ করা।
Workplace safety rules মেনে কাজ করা।
Milling Machine Operator Responsibilities
Drawing অনুযায়ী milling operation সম্পাদন করা।
Vertical ও horizontal milling machine সেটআপ এবং অপারেট করা।
Slotting, facing, drilling, boring, keyway cutting এবং contour machining করা।
Workpiece সঠিকভাবে fixture ও alignment করা।
Cutting speed, feed rate ও depth of cut নির্ধারণ করা।
Finished parts inspection ও quality checking করা।
Machine ও cutting tools এর preventive maintenance করা।
Production target অনুযায়ী কাজ সম্পন্ন করা।
Safety procedures অনুসরণ করা।
