Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Repair/replace motherboard components, ports, fans, hinges, etc.
∎ Install and set up desktops, notebooks, printers, routers, and other devices.
∎ Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues via phone, email, or on-site.
∎ Provide in-house and remote technical support for desktops, notebooks, and peripherals.
∎ Perform quality checks on ready products before delivery.
∎ Maintain clean workspace and ensure all daily tasks are completed.
∎ Keep detailed records of support activities and inventory.
∎ Collaborate with the team and participate in training to improve skills.
