Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture with major in Landscape from BUET/Abroad.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Land Scape Architect

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct field investigations and analyze site conditions; prepare construction and design documents.
∎ Inspect construction work in progress to ensure compliance with landscape specifications; and perform related work as required.
∎ Writing proposals and presenting them.
∎ Liaising with architects, project manager, engineers, surveyors & different designers of the project

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 5 (Five) years of professional experience in Landscape design.
∎ Membership from AIB and RAJUK Nibondhon will be treated as an added quality.
∎ Analytical skills, Communication skills & oral presentation, Creativity, Problem solving skills, Technical skills, Visualization skills.
∎ Proficient in Auto CAD, Autodesk 3ds Max, Lumion & Adobe creative suites.
∎ The ability to respond well to feedback.
