Responsibilities & Context:
Need to work as gymnasium Instructor.
Development of training delivery plan, session plan, job sheet, progress reports, information sheet, observation checklist, etc., as needed.
Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized workout programs for members.
Look after the gym floor, ensuring safety and proper usage of equipment.
Provide basic dietary and wellness guidance, if required
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and order in the in-house gym.
Monitor gym floor activities to ensure safety and proper form during member workouts.
Help members load and unload weights or adjust machines when needed.
Need to work any other task which is assigned by the management.
