Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / MSc in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology, Microbiology or Genetic Engineering & Biotechnology.
∎ Candidates having P.hD on Molecular Biology/Microbiology or Genetic Engineering & Biotechnology will be preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, plan and direct the Quality Control (internal and external) of laboratory services
∎ Review and approve protocols and reports such as method validation, method transfer, process validation and stability & creation of SOP's and SSOP's.
∎ Work closely with team members to provide effective solutions to support business and quality objectives.
∎ Provide leadership, management, evaluation and training to all laboratory employees. Design, develop and implement Laboratory training programs.
∎ Quality control of all incoming kits to ensure test standards/testing vendors to ensure quality of all purchased products, materials, and testing equipment (including purchase orders and inventories).
∎ Manage and update inventory and equipment maintenance regularly.
∎ Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
∎ Maintain laboratory productivity by monitoring workload of functional areas; identifying peak and slack periods; making operational or staffing adjustments in consultation with HR.
∎ Manage the filing and upkeep of all laboratory documents and records along with monthly reports.
∎ Facilitate effective communication across internal departments of the organization
∎ Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, budgets, and schedules
∎ Utilize proven employee management solutions to improve productivity and efficiency
∎ Ensure that environmental requirements are met at the DG Health and other environment regulatory bodies of Bangladesh Government.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ A least 1 year of progressive management or supervisory experience in Laboraoty settings.
∎ Effective data management, document control, and technical bench skills.
∎ Strong problem-solving, training, team building, and mentoring abilities.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Molecular Diagnostic Lab/ Research Institute)
∎ Effective communication and leading skills
∎ Computer literacy is must
