Job Responsibilities:
∎ Under the direct supervision of Coordinating teacher and overall supervision of Principal, the incumbent is expected to perform his/her duties and responsibilities in Laboratory of AusIS are as under:
∎ Using equipment safely;
∎ Recording the result of work done by students;
∎ Making the best use of the time of students when they spend their time in laboratory;
∎ Supporting the work of science teacher;
∎ Other laboratory associated work as and when required
∎ Providing technical support in relation to ensuring of proper functioning of equipment;
∎ Ensuring that right materials are available for particulars lessons;
∎ Working closely with students to explain or demonstrate experiments or guide how to use equipment;
∎ Helping teachers with a class and supporting individual students on research projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience as a Lab Technician in any English medium school is required
∎ ' O' levels and 'A' levels is preferred
∎ Having IB Curriculum training and experience with IB school will be given mostly preference
∎ Good command in English is desirable
Salary: Negotiable
