Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Materials & Metallurgical Engineering
∎ Good academic record

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chemical Industries, Cement Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have sound knowledge in admixtures use in Ready-Mix Industry.
∎ Chemical analysis of all incoming raw materials and finished products.
∎ Develop work plan and follow up its execution and provide feedback to the reporting authority.
∎ Supervise and monitor factory work as per the approved drawing & design.
∎ To conduct quality assurance and quality control of Ready-Mix admixtures.
∎ Have thorough understanding of aggregate product specifications and applications.
∎ To carry out chemical and aggregate mix design and different test for concrete admixture.
∎ Perform all physical tests. Maintain test produce records as per as standards.
∎ To monitor raw material storage and utilization.
∎ To check chemicals quality on regular basis and as per requirement of clients.
∎ To conduct all the test regarding cement/aggregate and concrete.
∎ To ensure proper planning to assure smooth operation within the team arrangement of briefing, training, coordinating, controlling and taking timely decision.
∎ To ensure the duties and responsibilities of subordinates as vested on them according to the organization policy.
∎ Excellent leadership capability and staff management skill preparation of daily work program.
∎ Must understand the company goals and be ready to help solving problem in order to meet these goals.
∎ Must have good understanding in Work Place/ Building Safety and Security Issues.
∎ Ensure proper Documentation.
∎ All information report to DGM and GM through proper channel daily basis.
∎ Any other task as and when assigned by competent authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Good computer skill.
∎ Practical experience in relevant post in a reputed manufacturing organization (aggregates, construction, admixture or ready mix concrete) company will be given preference.
