Job Context:
∎ Meghna Group of Industries (MGI) is one of the leading conglomerates of Bangladesh. To work in Ready Mix concrete plant, MGI is looking for a highly proactive and skilled professional.
∎ This position "Lab Engineer." will be responsible for the activities related on laboratory associated with the Quality Control under the Ready Mix Concrete plant in Meghna group of industries.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement quality standards, quality control systems.
∎ Monitor and analyze quality performance.
∎ Inspect and test materials, equipment and products to ensure quality according to the specification.
∎ Collaborate with operation managers to develop and implement the system of control.
∎ Ensure the workflows, processes and products comply with safety regulations.
∎ Investigate the raw materials to ensure quality production.
∎ Develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
∎ Review the standard quality codes, specifications and processes.
∎ Handle foreign clients and give proper support to collaborate work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Engineer has practical experiences to work in QC department of cement or ready mix concrete plant will get preference.
∎ Knowledge on fire safety and security issues.
∎ Ability of hazards identification and risk management.
∎ Positive approach to critical situation handling
∎ Sound interpersonal skill
∎ Profound knowledge on troubleshooting
