∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assure up-to standard quality of raw materials, prototype samples, packaging etc
∎ Responsible of Social Audit, Social Compliance and Corporate responsibility
∎ Responsible of Quality Control for all the business category
∎ Monitor the production status and quality control operations
∎ Work with the Head of Production to identify improvement areas and implement
∎ Measure and analyze data to deliver correction plans and possible improvement plans related to quality standards
∎ Constant exchange with Production Management in Germany
∎ Candidate will be stationed at company's office north of Dhaka / Bangladesh but employed by company's Asian headquarter in Hong Kong

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 years or above experience in quality assurance / control with at least 5 years in Knitwear
∎ Preferably with a degree or diploma in Textile & Clothing or related disciplines
∎ Knowledge in garment fit, construction, manufacturing process, well-versed in both cut, paper pattern and sewn knit items
∎ Knowledge in pattern creation, grading and sample creation with the ability to provide effective and cost efficient pattern and workmanship solutions and an understanding of apparel construction, material construction and properties related to fit
∎ Fluent in English language, German an advantage
