Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation Degree in English/Mass Communication/Business Administration from any recognized university.
∎ Candidates must possess 2nd class or higher CGPA.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:

∎ To coordinate and maintain the appointment and meeting schedules and agenda of the Chairman.
∎ To communicate with different offices/ personnel (local and overseas) as and when required.
∎ To maintain files and documents and ensure confidentiality.
∎ To take lead in enforcing office decorum and maintaining code of conduct as per official norms.
∎ Perform other duties as and when assigned and maintain liaison with various departments of the Company to ensure follow up and completion of tasks as prescribed by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience as Secretary/Executive Secretary to the CEO/Senior Executives of any reputed institution or other publicly-listed company.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Energetic and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to maintain strict discipline and confidentiality.
