Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context: We are looking for two energetic, tech-savvy, and highly organized Junior Project Coordinators to join our core team. This role is ideal for proactive individuals who are passionate about the ICT landscape in Bangladesh and possess the coordination skills to manage large-scale educational events.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning: Assist Project Director in drafting project timelines, milestones, and operational strategies for regional and national ICT competitions.
Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain regular communication with partner institutions (schools, colleges, universities), sponsors, and government bodies.
On-site Management: Supervise event logistics, including venue setup, volunteer management, and technical troubleshooting during Olympiad segments.
Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates for the management team.
Promotion Support: Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to ensure effective outreach and student registration.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in CSE, EEE, ICT, Business Administration (BBA), or a related field.
Note: Passion for technology and previous experience in organizing club activities/fairs will be highly valued.
Experience Requirements
0 to 2 years of experience. (Fresh graduates with strong extra-curricular backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply).
Additional Requirements
Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (Trello, Slack, or similar).
Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and travel across various regions of Bangladesh as per project needs.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead volunteer teams.
