∎ Mentally prepared to work in unscheduled hour in emergency situation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Checking Air Ticket Schedule for local and foreign.
∎ Taking Quotation from Travel Agents.
∎ Prepare Comparative Statement and approval from Dept. Head.
∎ Await VISA approval before purchasing E-Ticket.
∎ Issue E-Ticket after VISA approval.
∎ Preparation for VISA Processing.
∎ Keeping record of E-Ticket with travel agency name.
∎ Keeping record of crew change in foreign port to be recorded on SPD data Base.
∎ Ticket bill preparation and submit for bill payment weekly basis.
∎ Time to time other related job to be carried out as per instruction of superior.
