∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed Institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Field supervision of the ongoing building & other civil construction work in line with the approved drawing, design & architectural layout, plumbing works as per company instruction.
∎ Ensuring safety during work.
∎ Specialized in handling interior decoration projects.
∎ Capable of handling labor work and, in addition also monitoring and supervising the related parts of the project work as per company policy.
∎ Quality control, site safety, and identifying the problems & their possible areas of improvement.
∎ Vast knowledge on finishing work, work sequence and maintaining checklist
∎ Materials in and out report and maintenance with costing.
∎ Follow up detail work programs & contractor's manpower.
∎ Ensure timely completion of work within the deadline as per planned schedule.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering outputs
