Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Ceramics Technology from any reputed Institute.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to develop various Body, glaze & color for different types of Tiles
∎ Work with all testing machines at laboratory with great accuracy
∎ Basic Idea on developing various types of samples for upgrading the products
∎ Handle production related raw materials and identify the properties of them
∎ Maintain various types of testing parameters as well as production parameters
∎ Handle technical problem & find its solutions with the help of superiors
∎ Communicate with all production related person when necessary
∎ Follow up the all production process & maintain log book report
∎ Any other task assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2/3 years experience in Ceramic Tiles Plant
∎ Excellent team player, independent, positive attitude, highly motivated & result oriented
∎ Computer operating knowledge
∎ Excellent communication skills
