∎ Taking technologically challenged bKash users through the simple customer journey of the bKash App.
∎ communicate technical language in everyday Bangla or English language.
∎ simplify the process to people.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 26 years
∎ Passion for technology
∎ Depth understanding of online financial products
∎ Building relationships
∎ Customer service experience will add advantage
∎ Desire to solve problems
