∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial related experience, Customs Auditing and related issues with customs Bond., Export/ Import through L/C, Online UD Preparation, Preparing import and export document
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all Customs clearance of imported materials, In-bond/Inter bond and Ex-bond/out-bond operation with BBLC process independently.
∎ Responsible for all UP/ UD related activities of the company independently.
∎ Responsible for bond license renewal and bond limit (one time/ yearly) as per company requirement.
∎ Responsible for ensuring all logistics activities of export/import on time in-house.
∎ Coordinate with overseas offices, suppliers, F/F, C&F agents
∎ Ensure renewal of various licenses like Bond, Trade, BOI, ERC, IRC, Fire, Explosive, etc.
∎ Experience in managing customs bond and audit thereof.
∎ Liaison with customs, bond and VAT authorities and banks.
∎ Maintain VAT and bond records and registers.
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by supervisor.
