Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the line manager in the effective execution of administrative functions;
∎ Perform day-to-day administrative work;
∎ Extend full administrative support to other departments for the smooth operation of the organization;
∎ Maintain logistical and administrative support for smooth operation in the buying house.
∎ Prepare all types of drafts, memos, and meeting minutes.
∎ Ensure the cleanliness of offices, and premises.
∎ Maintain a daily cleaning checklist.
∎ Ensure office canteen management and buyer/guest entertainment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 27 years
∎ Must have good communication & presentation skills.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
∎ Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
