Experience:

• 2 to 6 years

• SSC
• HSC
• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A)

• 2 to 6 years

• Age 18 to 30 years

• Junior Image Editor: 2+ years of experience in image editing.

• Mid-Level Image Editor: 4+ years of experience with advanced retouching skills.

• Team Leader: 6+ years of experience, including leadership and project management.

Junior Photo Editor:

• Perform Clipping Path, Multi-Path, Basic Retouching, and Normal Masking.

• Follow instructions and ensure high-quality edits.

• Deliver tasks on time while maintaining accuracy.

• Must maintain company rules and chain of command.

Mid-Level Photo Editor:

• Understand complex instructions and execute advanced retouching techniques.

• Perform Advanced Masking, Jewelry Retouching, Reflection Creation, and Color Correction.

• Maintain high-quality standards and meet deadlines, Quality with quantity.

• Must maintain company rules and chain of command.

Team Leader:

• Lead and manage a team of photo editors.

• Assign tasks, guide, and brief team members, and ensure smooth workflow.

• Review and deliver error-free projects to clients.

• Must be an expert in Advanced Retouching, High-End Jewelry Editing, Polish Retouch, Advanced Masking, Reflection Creation, and Color Correction.

• Ensure timely project completion and quality assurance.

• Must maintain company rules and chain of command.
