∎ The company is now looking for some strong, enthusiastic professionals for the following positions.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must possess mindset of learning cutting edge molecular technologies such as PCR, RT-PCR, Sanger Sequencing, Next Generation Sequencing and other techniques that are more frequently used in research and diagnostics.
∎ Excellent communicator with fluency in both English and Bangla.
∎ Develop and maintain interactions with Thought Leaders, Key Opinion Leaders through various channels and answer questions scientifically.
∎ Effectively present information to stake holders through seminars, CMEs and individual visits. Must be able to respond to questions, ensuring medical accuracy and compliance with local procedures, ethical and legal guidelines and directives.
∎ Actively assess the medical landscape by meeting with Thought Leaders, patient advocacy groups to understand their needs and expertise. Continuously update their own knowledge in treatment strategies, products, unmet medical needs, clinical trials and scientific activities. Understand the competitive landscape and actively prepare to address informational needs of customers.
∎ Develop visit plan to potential researchers from academia, hospitals, private research organizations etc and share the knowledge of advance molecular techniques and significance of various services provided by the organization.
∎ Must possess enthusiasm in developing research projects through literature search.
∎ Support the implementation of the patient education programs in collaboration with the patient advocacy groups
∎ Contribute to development and delivery of scientifically meaningful medical programs/projects in line with the local Field colleagues.
∎ Perform market research through literature search, competitor study, meeting with KOLs and report to management.
∎ Must take responsibility to attend customer with their scientific and clinical queries with urgency.
