We are expanding our business locally and globally. We are seeking a talented and motivated resource for Graphic Design & Video Editing to join our growing team. In this role, you will contribute to creating engaging animations and motion graphics that enhance user experience and bring digital products to life. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic designer to collaborate with seasoned creatives, refine their skills, and grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging, professional & authentic images, illustration with own creativity.

• Design motion graphics and visual assets using Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Create engaging and polished video and animations to enhance user interactions and design presentations using own creativity.

• Collaborate closely with software engineer, digital marketer and product teams to transform concepts into visually compelling images, video & animations.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on animation styles and storytelling.

• Maintain consistency in visual language across different projects and platforms.

• Generate professional and engaging video, motion video and images using prominent AI tools.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling

• Proficiency in Illustrator, and Photoshop, Canva, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Da Vinci Resolve or similar type of tools.  

• Strong skill and knowledge of video editing, typography, and sound syncing

• Preference for familiarity with tools like Figma, Blender, or Cinema 4D is a plus

• Ability to interpret creative briefs and transform concepts into dynamic visuals

• A strong portfolio showcasing motion design or animation work

• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills

• Eagerness to learn, take feedback constructively, and grow in a collaborative team environment.

• Expertise with prominent AI tools to generate professional and engaging motion video and visual images for different kinds of customers for different type of solutions and services across globe.

Skills

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in motion graphic design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing UI animations.

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Da Vinci Resolve to creative video (including motion) and graphical images with own creativity (not cut - copy).

• Skill on transforming full story into video & graphic images having strong imagination capacity.

• Understanding of design principles, timing, and storytelling in motion design.

• Need to have great patience to understand the requirement of both internal team and customer (local and foreign).

• Having good English language skill

• A good eye for aesthetics, detail, and smooth transitions in UI/UX animations.

• Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Bonus: Basic knowledge of prototyping tools like Figma.
