Job Location: UCEP Institute of Science & Technology (UIST), Mirpur, Dhaka
Job Purpose: To ensure quality teaching as per the curriculum, syllabus and ensure effective use of resources.
Job Responsibilities:
To perform in accordance with the KPI, which is set by your supervisors and may change from time to time.
To teach the students as per academic schedules and curriculum.
To develop lesson plans and workshop/laboratory manuals.
To supervise/monitor the work/tasks of the students in the classes.
To render additional support in making a concept/subject issue.
To associate the students with the cocurricular activities.
To motivate and counsel students to ensure regular class attendance as a guide teacher.
Communicate with parents/guardians.
To assist in the admission of students to the UIST as KPI.
To maintain student’s profiles and examination records.
Prepare and maintain documents related to BTEB as required.
To make effective use/reuse of teaching resources and equipment, etc.
To carry out periodic/timely maintenance of the teaching equipment, etc.
Look after the academic library operations.
To assist in preparing the departmental budget (if any).
To maintain total secrecy and confidentiality regarding institutional affairs and uphold the institution's dignity.
To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as required and assigned by the UIST authority/principal/vice principal/departmental head.

Monthly Salary: BDT. 21,987/- TDS (Tax deducted at source) and any other statutory deductions will be applied as per government rules and UCEP policies.
