- A very good knowledge of fashion design.·
- Ability to understand the concepts and trends of global fashion industries.·
- Proficiency in English language.·
- Good communication skills.·

- Knowledge of the apparel retail industry, marketing principles, and product development process·
- Should have outstanding visual design skills in typography, composition, illustration, branding, and layout·
- Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator·
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team·
- Should be well-presented, smart, and energetic
Responsibilities & Context:
- Research market trends to understand about new fashion trend.
- Keep up to date with emerging fashion trends.
- Develop idea and produce design by hand or using computer-aided design (CAD)
- Collaborate with technical and marketing team.
- Organize all samples and showroom.
- Participate in buying meeting.
- Create seasonal trend and concept boards, ensuring that there's a pipeline of new products for our customer & Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and technique.
- Create artwork with callouts (i.e., detailed specs, technique, color swatches, product detail placement, etc.)
- Ensure technical execution to include with drawings, including measurements, color pantones, and design detail specifications of all illustrative art.
- Responsible for tech packs maintenance, tracking changes/additions, and clear timely communication with cross-function partners across international production managers, technical design team, and merchandising
- Create initial sketches from conceptual ideas.
- Overseeing the sample production by follow up from sample team.
- Assist in fitting session and make notes of modifications needed to be made to samples to discuss with sample team later.
- Assist in styling and coordinating campaign photo shoots.
