Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Scrutiny & verify the Purchase Requisition before sending RFQ ( Request for Quotation)
∎ Communication with connected stakeholders and checking its existing stock and actual requirement.
∎ Communication with the enlisted vendors to collect price offers/ quotations as per SOP.
∎ Check & Verify the quotation ( Unit price , brand, Origin , warranty, Payment terms & all necessary parameters ) & prepare Comparative Statements (CS) / Purchase Order ( PO)
∎ Forward CS/PO through the Oracle System for approval.
∎ Follow-up PO/ CS approval from higher authority.
∎ Communicate with the vendors for timely delivery of goods/Services as per PO.
∎ Track delivery of goods/service as per PO.
∎ Conduct spot purchase considering the nature of Goods & Services.
∎ Check the invoice and submit it to the bill section for further process.
∎ Maintain communication and collaboration with connected stockholders.
∎ Producing report as when required.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the line manager / HOD
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Procurement/ Supply Chain Management
∎ Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
∎ Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment
∎ Good written and verbal communication skills
∎ Strong sense of time organization and urgency
∎ Able to work independently and within a team
∎ Proficiency in Oracle /relevant management software programs.
