Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and update sales data, customer information, and orders in databases.
∎ Generate and perform analysis on sales reports, including sales performance metrics and trends.
∎ Prepare sales documents, such as invoices and contracts.
∎ Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling and calendar management.
∎ Coordinate inventory management and communicate with relevant teams.
∎ Manage billing and payment processing tasks, including payment tracking according to policy.
∎ Maintain effective communication with customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth sales operations.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
∎ Analyze sales data to identify patterns and trends that can inform sales strategy.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in operation of sales using digital technologies and tools.
∎ Very strong understanding of marketing & sales operations and Customer Relationship Management concepts.
∎ Good understanding of digital tools & technologies in the context of Marketing, Sales & CRM.
∎ Advance data analytics and computing skills would be an advantage.
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure, Adaptability, Organized and Disciplined, Team player, Time Management.
∎ Strong written/verbal communication, relationship management skills, and attention to detail.
∎ Excellent presentation skills.
