Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for air freight shipments, including airway bills, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
∎ Ensure all documentation complies with international and local regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
∎ Liaise with airlines, customs, clients, and internal departments to ensure the timely and accurate processing of shipments.
∎ Accurately input shipment details into the CargoWise system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
∎ Monitor shipment statuses and follow up on pending documentation or approvals with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Address any discrepancies or issues in documentation that may affect the timely delivery of shipments.
∎ Perform all other duties as assigned.
