∎ We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to update and maintain information on our company databases and computer systems.
∎ Data Entry Operator responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Our ideal candidates should have essential data entry skills, like fast typing, an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position will be considered an advantage.
∎ Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.
∎ Verifies and logs receipt of data.
∎ Transcribes source data into the required electronic format.
∎ Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
∎ Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software (MS Excel and MS Access).
∎ Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.
∎ Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies.
∎ Maintains a filing system and protects confidential company and project information.
∎ Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation.
∎ Responds to requests to retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system.
∎ Records the information of all the documents kept in the file of documents registered in the land database.
∎ Manages the Record Room as a whole (Updating, Assessing, Controlling).
∎ Keeps the received documents in the record room yearly basis.
∎ Uses basic office equipment (photocopy machine, scanner machine, etc.)
∎ Prepares details in the Land Database as per the instructions of the Project Director.
∎ Transfers Photocopies of all documents kept in the file of registered documents to the relevant officer.
∎ Purchases computer accessories for the emergency needs of the organization.
∎ Maintains a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards.
∎ Completes additional assigned tasks as per the instructions of the Project Director.
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to multitask effectively
∎ Good at MS Excel and Access
∎ Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
∎ Additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
∎ Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.
∎ Typing speed and accuracy.
∎ Experiences using office equipment, like photocopy machine and scanner.
∎ Familiarity with administrative duties.
∎ Experience with MS Office and data programs.
∎ Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
∎ Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 17000 (Monthly)
