∎ Masters/MBA in any discipline from a reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Export
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all export documents such as Bill of Exchange, Commercial Invoice, L/C opening, P/List and others Buyer's required documents for Customs, Buyer and Bank purpose.
∎ Communicate with different forwarders/Shipping Line, C & F Agents, Transport, Factory, Merchandisers and other concern.
∎ Need to handle all buyers especially H&M buyer for completing all export procedure independently.
∎ Arrange all necessary documents for cash incentive and customs audit purpose.
∎ Maintain all Files/Register/Statement for top management reporting purpose.
∎ Need to handle any other work assigned by Line Manager and Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office, Internet & E-mail corresponding as well as typing skill.
∎ Typing speed in English minimum 45 words and Bangla minimum 30 words per minute.
∎ Good knowledge in computer for booking submission in online basis for getting buyer's approval.
∎ Self-motivated, confident, pro-active and positive attitude.
∎ Able to cope with constant change in a pressurized environment.
