Responsibilities & Context:
∎ -2-3 years of hands-on experience in substation operation and maintenance.
∎ -Proficient in operating and maintaining substation equipment.
∎ -Knowledge of BBT systems its operation and problem identifying skills.
∎ Safety Awareness and
∎ -understanding of safety protocols in electrical environments.
∎ -Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting.
∎ -Ability to perform detailed inspections and identify potential issues.
∎ -Consistency in ensuring regular and efficient operation of the substation.
∎ -Ability to adapt to changes and handle unexpected situations.
∎ -Any relevant certifications in electrical safety or substation maintenance would be a plus
