Education:

• Bachelor/Honors

• IELTS or any recognized English proficiency certificate will be considered as an added advantage and given extra priority.
• Training or certification in counseling, communication skills, or customer service will be an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree completed from a reputed university.
• Strong academic background preferred

Experience Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome.
• 6 months of experience in counseling, customer service, or a similar role will be an advantage.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be proficient in English (speaking & writing).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email) and data entry proficiency.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Junior Counselor – Study Abroad (AspireX Immigration & Education Consultancy)

• Counsel students about study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, tuition fees, and visa procedures.
• Assist in application preparation and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with students via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely follow-up.
• Demonstrate expertise in SOP (Statement of Purpose) writing – priority will be given to strong writers.
• Support marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Perform data entry and maintain the client database.
• Work with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
