Job Context:
∎ Diploma/MD in Paediatrics from a recognized Medical College /Institution.
∎ Expertise in paediatric assessments, diagnostics, and treatments.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct thorough paediatric assessments, including physical examinations, developmental screenings, and vaccinations.
∎ Diagnose and treat a wide variety of pediatric medical conditions, ranging from common illnesses to chronic diseases.
∎ Develop and implement treatment plans, medications, and interventions tailored to each child's needs.
∎ Provide guidance and support to parents and caregivers on child health, nutrition, and developmental milestones.
∎ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
∎ Monitor and document patient progress, conducting follow-up visits and adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
∎ Stay current with pediatric medical research, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
∎ Participate in community outreach and educational programs related to pediatric health.
