Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
∎ Diagnose medical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
∎ Strong clinical acumen and diagnostic skills.
∎ Prescribe medications, therapies, and other appropriate interventions as needed.
∎ Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
∎ Communicate effectively with patients and their families, explaining diagnoses, treatment options, and anticipated outcomes.
∎ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
∎ Stay current with medical research, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
∎ Participate in continuing medical education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
∎ Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
