∎ Position Overview:
∎ As a Junior Architect cum Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in our design team, assisting in the creation of unique and functional spaces that exceed our clients` expectations. You will collaborate with other architects and designers on projects ranging from residential to commercial, gaining invaluable experience in the process.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare design concept, plan, and elevation, detailed & working drawing
∎ Prepare all types of working drawings
∎ Good 3D visualization and rendering skills
∎ Creating design and working drawing by computer-aided design (AutoCAD, Sketch up, V-ray Render, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe after effects and other relevant Software)
∎ Good observational skills and ability to recreate 3D models
∎ High-Level knowledge of lighting, shadows, interior & textures
∎ Design 3D models, Interiors and create animations
∎ Perform other responsibilities associated with this position
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design & Drawing
∎ Site visit & measurements
∎ Jr. Architect subsequently reporting to Managing Director, Creative Director and Snr. Architect
∎ Maintaining any other work assigned by the management
∎ Preparing weekly & daily report & maintaining all database
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design
∎ Applicant should have 1 to 3 year(s) of experience in following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design
∎ Strong passion for design and creativity
∎ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
