Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring patient responses to medications and making necessary adjustments in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
∎ Managing the procurement, storage, and distribution of medications.
∎ Ensuring the proper handling and disposal of hazardous medications.
∎ Maintaining accurate records of inventory and controlled substances.
∎ Manage & ensure the proper activities of Dispensers, Data entry operators & Aides. Dispensing of prescribed medicine.
∎ Implementing and monitoring hospital policies and procedures related to medication use.
∎ Conducting quality improvement activities to enhance patient safety and medication efficacy.
∎ Reporting and analyzing medication errors and adverse drug reactions.
∎ Monitoring expired drugs.
∎ Making medicine indent for admitted patients.
∎ Physical dispensing from the medicine shelves Making requisition for medicine from the main store Receiving medicines from the main store.
∎ Dispense floor requisition. Delivering medicine to the floor Arranging returned medicines regularly Help to purchase emergency medicine Medicine sale to customers.
∎ Input Medicine details to the Software.
∎ Operate cash register to process cash or credit sales Receive, store, and Maintain inventory pharmaceutical supplies & medicines, check for outdated medicines, and notify Sr. pharmacist or In charge when inventory levels are low.
∎ Maintain and clean equipment, work areas, or shelves.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
∎ Looking for a dynamic & energetic Jr. Pharmacist from reputed Institutes.
