Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

HR and compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist with day to day operations of the Compliance functions and duties.
∎ Conduct in house training for all employees on compliance related topics as advised by factory management and maintain all kinds of training records.
∎ Grow awareness among the employees on health and safety.
∎ Keep visiting floor and Identify non-compliance issues & Conduct internal audit on BEPZA law, BLL, Factory Rules, Buyers COC & other national & international legal instructions.
∎ Assist in writing policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare compliance Audit documents and arrange training as per audit requirements.
∎ Keep update of Grievance procedure and counselling the employees.
∎ Ensure healthy workplace, safety, cleanliness and hygiene of assigned area
∎ Assist in HR related work if needed.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fluency in speaking, reading and writing in Bangla and English.
∎ Applicants should be smart, intelligent, self-motivated and detail-oriented.
∎ Good communication skill and hardworking.
∎ Applicants from Rangpur region will get preference.
