Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
∎ Minimum diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Power)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to service Medical Equipment including Dental equipment.
∎ Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment.
∎ Completing Preventative Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Retrofits, and field
∎ modifications.
∎ Instructing customers on the operation, maintenance & testing of the equipment.
∎ Ensuring a high level of communication with the customers, sales forces, operations,
∎ and within the operating region to ensure customer needs are rapidly addressed.
∎ Keeping updated & maintaining customer service logs and internal service
∎ records on time.
∎ Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper
∎ follow-up.
∎ Serving as a company liaison with the customers.
∎ Strategically promoting, educating & marketing brands of the company.
∎ Adhering to current regulatory requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Practical experience in Dental Equipment installation, repair, and maintenance (Dental Unit, Dental X-Ray, Autoclave Machine).preferable on CSSD
∎ Self-directed and proactive, able to think beyond the immediate problem and
∎ drive with minimal guidance/ oversight.
∎ Must have good manners & patience to handle people.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
∎ Good verbal and written communication skill in both English and Bangla is
∎ must.
∎ Must be physically and mentally fit for work long time.
∎ Computer literacy.
Salary: Negotiable
