∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Receptionist/ Front Desk

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome guests properly and guide them to the respective personnel as required.
∎ Received all type of documents , deliver these properly and maintain records.
∎ Monitor Movement and keep/provide information to management as required.
∎ Keep record of all telephone numbers and update intercom list.
∎ Ensure sending Message slip to the respective person, filled up with correct message, date , time and signature.
∎ To be accountable for cleanliness & Beautification of the front desk.
∎ Provide official and administrative support.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Excellent Communication skill to interact with customers and demonstrate good listening skills.
∎ Very good communication skill in both Bangla & English.
∎ Multi-tasking ability, handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good sense, judgment and analytical skills to overcome situation.
∎ Should have patience and good listening skills.

Salary: Negotiable
