Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Completed Bachelors/ Masters from any reputed Public/private university
∎ Courses taken to increase subject matter expertise will be an added benefit
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing digital contents (social media posts, concepts, commercial contents, banners, etc)
∎ Involve in concept designing & strategy development for the assigned campaigns
∎ Create well-balanced and appealing designs/layouts within given parameters
∎ Extremely detail-oriented with a strong ability to identify and correct mistakes
∎ Work with Sr. designers & art directors to implement concepts
∎ Need to have a clear understanding of business goals and user behavior
∎ Knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
∎ Remain updated with the latest design trends
∎ Articulate verbally and graphically specific design ideas to clients/business team
∎ Multi-task and prioritize projects to meet the deadline
∎ Maintain clean and organized files and adhere to file naming structure
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply.
∎ Experience in software applications primarily in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator
∎ Please submit a portfolio of your work along with online links
∎ Experience of working with any Advertising Agency will be an added plus
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
