Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Chemistry, Textile Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Chemistry, Textile Engineering
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Chemistry, Textile Engineering, or a related field.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ 0–2 years of experience in sustainability or EHS.
∎ Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
∎ Good communication and documentation skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Sound knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability frameworks.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Willingness to perform field work when necessary.
∎ Graphics design skills will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sustainability strategies, policies, and action plans.
∎ Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable sustainability standards.
∎ Coordinate audits, certifications, and assessments required by clients or regulators.
∎ Prepare sustainability reports, environmental impact assessments, and internal progress dashboards.
∎ Conduct awareness sessions, staff training, and workshops related to sustainability and environmental issues.
∎ Establish and maintain data systems for tracking waste, water, energy, and carbon footprint.
∎ Collaborate with relevant departments (HR, Workshop, IT, Compliance, etc.) to embed sustainability into daily operations.
∎ Represent the company in external sustainability forums, buyer meetings, and partnerships.
∎ Any other responsibilities assign by the Management.

The incumbent will have to play the role in the dynamic ICD/OFF Dock Industry.
