Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Engineering Firms
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ At least 2 years' architectural and design experience
∎ Software proficiency in 3D Max and Adobe Illustrator!!!
∎ Manage projects, communicate clearly and effectively, and solve problems
∎ Proof of ability to make 2D and 3D floor plan design
∎ Proof of ability to make CGIs including proper modeling, lighting, and composition
∎ Accurately cost projects from start to finish
∎ Procure all necessary project materials while adhering to project aesthetic and budget
∎ Prepare detailed work design and specifications to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
∎ Travel and visit construction sites (some out of Dhaka) for measurements and for supervision
∎ Ensure all work is carried out with strict adherence to design standards and all building codes, guidelines, and specifications
∎ Fluency in current architectural trends
∎ Written and spoken English
∎ Self-motivated and able to work in a small team
∎ High sense of responsibility and ability to deliver on tight deadlines

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ good English language skills
