Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Architecture /Civil Engineering from any recognized institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare working drawings for RCC and Steel buildings.
∎ Knowledge of 3D Studio Max will be an additional advantage
∎ Develop concept and detailed design & drawing for both Interior and Exterior work
∎ Drafting the drawings as required
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
∎ Coordinate with clients regarding design related issues
∎ Meeting and Design presentation to client if required
∎ Applicant must have knowledge in Auto CAD operation, drafting, Scheduling.
∎ Specialization in 3D visualization/modeling/texturing & V-ray rendering
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Detailing, 3D Modeling, Rendering.
∎ The applicants must have experience in the following area(s): 3d Visualization, Architectural Drafting, Interior Design
∎ 1-2 years relevant experience in Drafting & 3D Modeling.
∎ Should have excellent knowledge on MS Office.
∎ Good Communication & Interpersonal Skill.
∎ Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
∎ Ability to make decisions under pressure.
∎ Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
