Educational Requirements:
∎ Postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
∎ IT education background will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ PLACEMENT:
∎ Communicate and interact with reputed companies (Digital marketing agency, design firm, software development firm, IT department of corporate industry etc.) and facilitate their participation in the placement process.
∎ Develop the design and plan the placement brochure which would be sent across to the organizations.
∎ Formulate placement plans for each batch that sets out their placement.
∎ Ensuring excellent placement of students.
∎ To develop and maintain data base of potential recruiters, appropriate employer and commercial/industrial links.
∎ Organize interviews/Campus drive/Job Fairs at the centers.
∎ COORDINATION:
∎ Liaise between the Placement team and the Education team for smooth coordination.
∎ Create and maintain MIS report of the placement process.
∎ Research on the net for gathering specific information about employers jobs etc.
∎ Responsible for New Client tie ups and renewals of tie ups.
∎ Responsible for Industry Interaction to create opportunities for Placement for students.
∎ STUDENT RELATIONS:
∎ Organize regular sessions for students to orient them about employment options and career pathways.
∎ To maintain student database and tracking candidates on monthly basis.
∎ Conduct students' interview to know about their ability and efficiency.
∎ Understand the students' interest and requirement before seeking a job for him/her.
∎ Provide high quality career counseling and impartial Information, Advice and Guidance that empowers to make positive choices about potential careers.
∎ To organize work placements and support students in the work placement process.
∎ PUBLIC RELATIONS:
∎ Facilitate smooth communication between students, Institute authorities who are part of the placement and organization's showing interest in campus placement process.
∎ Meet HR Heads of the organization, give them detailed Presentation & do the tie up for placements.
∎ Responsible for Industry Interaction to create opportunities for Placement for students.
∎ Maintain good relations with students and Industry authority for undertaking various task and achieving targets.
∎ Client visit, client acquisition, client coordination for placement.
∎ Any other responsibilities / tasks assigned from time to time by the competent Authority of CodersTrust Bangladesh.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of job experience in the related field of which at least 2 years' experience as a job placement officer in the IT skills development program.
∎ Experience or ability to correspond with prospective recruiters across Bangladesh and abroad for placements and Internships.
∎ SEIP related working experience will get preference.
∎ Very good communication and listening skills with pleasing personality.
∎ Energetic & enthusiastic.
∎ Target oriented.
∎ Team player.
∎ Strong networking skills to coordinate with potential employers.
∎ Ability to help students in identifying employment options that match their career interests.
∎ Open for travelling with in the country.
Salary: Negotiable
