∎ Proficiency in Japanese Language (N3 & N2)
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant fields.
∎ The applicants should have experience in one or more of the following sectors: NGO
∎ Immigration and Education Consultancy Service
∎ School
∎ Educational Technology
∎ 1 to 2 years of experience in Training Institutes, Immigration, and Education Consultancy Service.
∎ Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Additional Experience Criteria:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Interpret conversations between Japanese, Bengali, and English speakers in meetings, conferences, and discussions.
∎ Translate business documents, emails, reports, and other materials between Japanese, English, and Bengali.
∎ Assist in negotiations, business discussions, and client interactions with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
∎ Provide cultural insights to ensure effective communication and prevent misunderstandings.
∎ Support expatriate employees in understanding local language and customs.
∎ Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
∎ Engage students using diverse teaching methods such as direct instruction, group discussions, role-playing, and real-life simulations.
∎ Encourage active participation, promote speaking comprehension, and ensure practical application of language skills.
∎ Maintain a supportive learning environment to keep students motivated.
∎ Design and administer assessments to evaluate language proficiency.
∎ Provide clear, actionable feedback to help students improve their language skills.
∎ Monitor individual progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
∎ Offer additional support for students who need extra assistance.
∎ Recommend external resources for language practice beyond the classroom.
∎ Build student confidence by celebrating milestones and offering encouragement.
∎ Incorporate lessons on language culture, history, and social norms.
∎ Facilitate cultural sensitivity to help students navigate cross-cultural interactions.
∎ Maintain records of student attendance, assessments, and classroom performance.
∎ Communicate with parents or guardians and stay updated on modern language teaching methodologies.
∎ Utilize digital tools to enhance interactive learning.
∎ Adapt to online platforms for virtual classes when necessary.
