∎ Candidate must have sufficient language skill (C1 or C2 level of CEFR) in Italian language.
∎ Must be customer oriented.
∎ Candidates experienced in BPO industry, telecommunication, airlines, customer cate, hotel shall be preferred but it’s not a mandatory requirement.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To maintain effective communication with Italian Officials
∎ To ensure day to day office activities.
∎ Conduct regular Audits for all processes & implement all new process rollouts or changes.
∎ To ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ To ensure local & international compliance, 100% implementation of SOP, standards.
∎ To ensure team building & Staff supervision & guidance.
