Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary: The IT Executive is responsible for overseeing the IT operations within the organization, ensuring the effective and efficient use of technology to support business goals. This role involves managing IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and leading IT projects.
Working Conditions:

May require occasional evening or weekend work
On-call availability for emergencies
Key Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance, upgrading, and security of IT systems, including servers, networks, and hardware.
Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Project Management: Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
Security: Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
Compliance: Ensure IT operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior IT staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of IT strategies that align with business objectives.
