Responsibilities:
Alternative Investment and Corporate Advisory in managing corporate advisory work and analyzing alternative investment portfolios, as well as evaluating prospective growth companies
Conducting in-depth financial analysis, market research, and due diligence on potential investments
Monitoring and evaluating investment performance and market trends
Develop financial model and do valuation of prospective projects based on market research and financial statements
Prepare inclusive reports, business proposals, Information Memorandum etc, for clients/stakeholders
Forecasting financial performance using the statistical and mathematical model
Preparing and presenting financial research summaries
