Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist with determining root cause of cycle count variances of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
∎ Report, monitor and review daily inventory adjustments and changes
∎ Monitor inventory of the ingredients that are allocated to the ingredient prep area, production floor stock, Rheon, Ingredient Freezer and ingredient return area.
∎ Perform randomly audits of the mixer spreadsheets data sheet and ingredients usage at the dosing stations at the lines mixing stations to assure that the proper records has been kept.
∎ Continually monitor and control ingredient inventory control.
∎ Assist in identifying inventory discrepancies of yard trailers. Cycle count trailers as needed.
∎ Audit inventory items to validate products are in correct locations, and quantities are accurate
∎ Perform cycle counts as needed to ensure inventory accuracy
∎ Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure that business goals are met
∎ Assist in the development of localized policies and procedures as related to the control of production inventory
∎ Run inventory reports on a daily basis to determine daily gains and losses
∎ Assist in running queries to quickly identify errors in cycle counting from previous shifts.
∎ Responsible for Chep pallet activity including weekly cycle counts
∎ Report weekly KPI performance
∎ Support PSA Reconciliation process
∎ Assure that all ingredients are as per pick list
∎ Assure that data entry is entered accurately and on time (SAP)
∎ Serve as back up of some duties of the Inventory Manager
∎ Assure that refrigerated ingredients are maintained in the coolers.
∎ Works to maintain and improve on the quality, legality and safety of each product and the processes used in their manufacture. Responsible for keeping assigned work area clean and tidy at all times and reporting any potential contamination and suspicious activity to a Supervisor immediately.
