Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Markerting

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Education Consultancy Industry, Education Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plans, directs, coordinates and manages the international programs for Osprey Education Canada Inc. for Partner University & have an overall understanding of the operating environment and how changing conditions may affect the business;
∎ Plan, organize international promotion and marketing strategies for Canadian school, colleges and University;
∎ Assist graduate and an undergraduate international student on writing their Study plan & SOP accordingly;
∎ Help student to understand & bridging the gap between education at home & education in Canada & assist student to apply for the scholarship if they are eligible;
∎ Review of documentation before application & follow-up and securing admission for student;
∎ Make communication with school and colleges on behalf of student and parents under the guideline of Osprey Education;
∎ Promote and brand certain institutes program among students and parents & Visit colleges and secondary schools to provide academic information to prospective students, their parents and also maong Associates;
∎ Assist and guide the prospective international student on their accommodation and travel guideline;
∎ Ensures that our organization complies with regulations related to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) as well as government and university guidelines and requirements with the direct supervision of a regulated members of RCIC & Management of Osprey Education;
∎ Develop career services programs that will help the student in exploring and planning career options & Work with students on their needs for career development;
∎ Prepares and administers the planning, marketing, budget for the company, and undertakes to provide financial and risk management related to promoting, branding & organize seminars for partner institute to hire an international student for them;
∎ Utilize personal profile to help grow the brand and marketing opportunities & Seek opportunities to work alongside marketing to identify new customers;
∎ Make communication with its head office in Canada and other branch offices regular basis;
∎ Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, time tables and schedules, school adjustment, attendance problems and study skills which could match with the Canadian education system

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ The Applicant must have enough experience writing a Business plan as per the company's goal.
∎ Time management & Computer literacy & your future goal as a professional
∎ (You will be asked about the different type of computer literacy and competency of managing your time plus your professional focus)
∎ Project base working capacity & self-motivation
∎ (Combined your thought as if you are allowed to run your show on branding, promoting and operating an education abroad -Canada business)
∎ Prospective education market in Canada from Bangladesh

∎ Experience in an immigration and consultancy firm based in the Canadian Education system will be given priority.

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 45000 (Monthly)
