Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute SEO strategies for Bangladesh and international markets.
Supervise category-wise SEO activities and guide the SEO team for effective execution.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SERP monitoring, and identify growth opportunities.
Manage technical and on-page SEO, including indexing, crawling, metadata, internal linking, schema, page speed, and Core Web Vitals.
Plan and review SEO-focused blogs, category content, FAQs, and other content based on search intent.
Monitor and guide backlink, off-page SEO, and authority-building activities.
Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, impressions, CTR, indexed pages, and overall SEO performance.
Prepare regular SEO reports and recommend corrective actions and improvement plans.
Coordinate with Web/IT, Content, Digital Marketing, Data Centre, and other relevant teams for SEO implementation.
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and international search market developments.
Improve SEO processes, task tracking, documentation, and team performance to achieve sustainable organic growth.
