Software Developer (CRM & Business Applications)

Develop, maintain, and enhance Call Center and CRM platforms to support business operations and improve operational efficiency.

Analyze business requirements and develop new in-house software applications to meet organizational needs.

Maintain, customize, upgrade, and optimize existing software applications based on evolving business requirements.

Develop new features, modules, and functionalities for existing business applications.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs, technical issues, and performance-related problems.

Collaborate with business users and relevant departments to understand requirements, gather feedback, and implement appropriate software solutions.

Conduct software testing, debugging, and validation to ensure application quality, reliability, and functionality.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, application updates, and user guidelines.

Ensure software security, data integrity, system reliability, and compatibility with existing business systems.

Provide technical support for deployed applications and implement updates and improvements as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CSE, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Practical experience in software development and application maintenance.

Experience in developing and maintaining CRM, Call Center, or business application software will be an advantage.

Proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, databases, and APIs.

Knowledge of software debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and version control.

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
